- Guarantors must not complete this form — they will need to submit a separate Guarantor Application Form.

- Your address history for the last 3 years
- Employer or accountant contact details
- Current landlord or agent details (if renting)
- Right to Rent share code (if applicable)
- Your guarantor's name and contact details (if using one)
